February 14-15 2018 - Hongkong virgins Part 1 / Disney land and Ladies Market

Sobrang haba ng preparation namin for this trip and nag research talaga ako ng mabuti to make sure maayos ang lahat, from the tourist spots to visit, itinerary, budget and most importantly on how to pass immigration(PH and HK) without any hassle ang dami kasing horror stories about tourists sent home. Diba ang sakit sa puso.
A day before our flight nagpapalit ako ng HKD 1000 each (PHP 6800) sa Asiamex Market Market (PHP 6.80).
I think meron ng option upon online upon booking your ticket to include travel tax on your final bill kasi yung mga kasama namin hindi na sila ng bayad, only the two of us nalang.
You can find their counter near gate 8 (NAIA Terminal 3) - checked in then filled out departure form.

We waited roughly 30 minute sa immigration kasi medyo mahaba yung pila kaya mas mabuti kung magpunta ka ng maaga to avoid missing your flight.
As I approach the immigration officer pawis pawis yung kili kili ko - seryoso sila at super intimidating yung aura nila for me probably because it's my first time.

They just asked if I am a government employee then the name of my employer.
I just showed my passport, boarding pass and departure form then they took photo/finger print.
In less than 10 minutes tapos na.

After check in we decided to have lunch, walang maayos na kainan unlike sa domestic flights lounge na madaming restaurants.

After escalator sumakay kami ng train to immigration.
In immigration I was just asked if I am traveling alone, told the officer that I am traveling with my friends then YADAAA! cleared.
Laging nag paapwis kili kili ko sa immigration officer and I don't know what look to give them hahaha.

Mind fucked - legit.

Pick up baggage after clearance then before exiting the airport we reloaded our octopus card HKD 150 (Buti nalang may nagpahiram sa akin na friend).

7:15 PM Rode A21 bus - Paid HKD 33 Bus fare using our octopus card.
Bumaba sa Tsim Shai Tsui.
Wow magic talaga dito hahahaha yung bus may map guide ng bus stop. Very tourist friendly.

As soon as we arrived at the city proper namutiktik ng mga ilaw ang aming mga mata at para syang malaking binondo 😂

8:20 PM Arrived at TST east.

By the way, I rented the pocket WIFI from Flytpack, kindly visit their website for more details.
We just followed the map at naglakad lakad then finally found our hotel *Best western Grand hotel".

Ok naman yung room, decent, small ang mahalaga safe ang gamit namin since we will be spending most of out time exploring the city.
9:00 PM looked for something to eat. We ended up on a random restaurant
Masarap naman yung noodles with braised beef for HKD 42.
Walang english translation eh basta along Carnarvon road corner Kimberly st.
Tip: if you're not a fan of chopsticks - always bring your reusable cutlery - eco friendly pa.

9:00 AM Ate breakfast at Yuen Kee (Hanapin niyo nalang).
After breakfast, walked all the way to MTR station pero nag drop by muna kmi sa kowloon park and teneeen!! Mind you it's not walk in the park ha.
We found a drinking fountain! AYAN ha, make sure na mag refill muna ng tubig especially kapag buong araw kayong magliliwaliw.
11:15 AM On the way to Disney!
How we manage to get there? Almost everything is accessible by train kaya I would suggest to utilize it if you wanted to explore the city.
Downloaded from Google :)
We rode the train going to Tsuen bumaba to Lai King then took another train to Tung Chung make sure to get off to Sunny bay then from there we rode special train to Disney.
HAHA
We just showed our Klook tickets at the main entrance then the fun starts.

Walang matanda, lahat bata. Do not hesitate to grab free fliers and get stickers from their staff.
Rode train to fantasy land to start exploring.
Though limited lang yung mga nasakyan ko kasi I am already 5 months prego masaya pa rin kasi this is our first out of the country trip kaya babalik kami kapag malaki na si Amats.
Hindi ko na maalala yung mga attractions na nabisita namin kaya I will just post photos for reference.

Pregnant not allowed :(
There are bunch of shops inside if madami kang extra cash you can go guilt-free shopping.
Wala kaming matinong kain while nasa park. We only had popcorn and ice cream for snacks.
By the way do not miss the lion king show and the street parade before calling it a day.

May lasa tubig sa disney at mas masarap yung tubig sa Park

Dinner at ladies market.
Tip: Ask the price, then kapag mahal, act na aalis kayo then they will ask magkano ba expect mo or they will give the item for a lower price.

12:00 AM Rest na
