The Lakwatserangnegra | Ermita Hill and Museo De Baler

Ermita Hill
After our tour to Aniao islets and Diguisit waterfalls, we went straight to Ermita hill. The Hill have stairways in it and i think the main part of the tour is climbing the stairs all the way to the top for you to feel what the 7 families felt during the tsunami way back in 1735 (not sure if that's the correct year) Ofcourse, there's no stairs yet that time so it's just admiring how they manage to reach the top of the hill without it.
Ermita hill is open to the public at 6:00 am-7:00 pm
Statue in memory of the 7 families survived in the tsunami way back 1985
Start of the climb
Sabang beach from the top of the Hill
From the other side you can also see the Cemento beach and the fish port
It was really tiring but when we reached the top the tired feeling was gone maybe because we enjoyed the view and from there we were able to see the Sierra Madre mountain range, Sabang beach and the Cemento beach, we also enjoyed the cold breeze and refreshing ambiance of the place. We stayed there for couple of minutes and head back to Baler town proper to do visit more spots.

Museo de Baler
Supposedly our destination was the Donna Aurora house but unfortunately it is closed that day so we just walk on the other side of the street and visit the Museo de Baler.
In front of Museo de Baler you can find Manuel L. Quezon's statue
Upon entering the Museum they have this directory to help you out on your tour
Here's a photo of my partner in Dia de Galeon section
They also do have Manuel L. Quezon's statue inside the Museum
In this area they posted pictures of many Filipino film makers that made a mark in the cinema industry
You can really learn everything about Baler in this Museum that's why this is also another spot that you shouldn't miss.
